Koliko se moze ocekivat od ovakvog ciklusa posto je prvi?
Uz dobru prehranu i dobar trening...bez fusarenja...

Kao sto sam rekao dobar/jednostavan ciklus a koliko mozes ocekivati niko ti nemoze reci sa sigurnoscu ali raspon je od 10-20KG vode i misica.

Nerazumijem zasto svi zele da se rjese vode :nonono:

Sasvim je normalno da na ciklusu za masu dobijes vode i od toga netreba bjezati tj. netreba raditi na smanjenju iste jer onda smanjujes efekte ciklusa.Dakle nateknuta faca i tijelo je normalno na ovim ciklusima.
A vodu ces ubrzo poslije ciklusa izgubiti.

U prvoj kuri je bolje uzet samo testosteron ili kombinirat 2 steroida?

Hmmm zavisi sta znaci rijec bolje :rolleyes01:

Rekao bi pametnije je koristiti samo testosteron prvi put ,a bolje sto je sasvim logicno je dva steroida jer ces vise imati od dva,tri,cetiri,pet steroida nego od jednog.

Malo logike molim ljepo ;)
