pa kao sto vec sigurno znas u soji i sojinim preradjevinama imas mnogo proteina kao i u mahunarkama, kostunicavom vocu, zitaricama.
a posto jedes i jaja i mleko i ribu to su ti sve izvori proteina...

Pozdrav!
Vjerovatno kasnim sa odgovorim,nisam gledala datum,ali ne skodi da napisem.

Izvor proteina za vegetarijance.
Soja,tofu,sir,jaja(ja sam pocela da ih jedem),ti jedes ribu,i eto,sto ces bolje.
Nije danas problem za proteine.
