Verovatno cu krenuti u teretanu posle par meseci zagrevanja kod kuce....hvala na podrsci Lazicu..

Lep je ovo sport. :)  ali i extra skup uhh!!

ne moras da cekas...ako ima para za teretanu, kreni odmah..ne pricaj nista da je skup..skupo je danas ziveti a ne baviti se ovakvim sportom..ali moras nesto da radis u zivotu ili ces ces propasti

Pozdrav svima! Super vam je forum, naucio sam mnogo novih stvari koje nisam znau u vezi sa bodybuildingu naravno. Evo i ja malo o sklekovima. Moj rekord je 1500 sklekova u jedan trening radio sam ih mnogo ali sad samo teretanu. pozz  ;)

Kad pocnes da tones...pokusaj da se izvuces,mlataraj rukama...ako nemozes da se izvuces padni na dno i onda se odbaci nogama.

da li mogu u jednom treningu da se rade i uski i siroki sklekovi ili je bolje raditi samo jednu vrstu u jednom treningu?
