Pa ne znam, ja sam dosta masti skinuo plivanjem, moze taj trening da mi kazes, ne mislim da se raspravljam probacu pa cu ti reci...

pa znas da se masti skidaju kalorijskim deficitom,tako da mozes i kamenje nositi na planinu i skidaces masti ako potrosis vise no sto uneses.
