Ne mogu na traci da odradim tabatU...pa cu probati na bajsu...jer ja mogu da sprintam na 20km/h stonje max trake ali kad iskocim ne mogu da se vratim u istu brzinu jer cunda se polomim...cekam stabilne vrem prilike pa cu napolju...
 Uglavnom ovaj ciklus od 14 min je ok? Jer sam gledao da hiit kaontreba da traje 20m...etc?
