e ovako planiram da pijem clen u ovoj semi a vi me ispravite ako nesto nevalja :)

Dan 1 - 40mcg
Dan 2 - 60mcg
Dan 3 - 60mcg
Dan 4 - 80mcg
Dan 5 - 80mcg
Dan 6 - 100mcg
Dan 7 - 120mcg
Dan 8 - 120mcg
Dan 9 - 120mcg
Dan 10 - 120mcg
Dan 11 - 120mcg
Dan 12 - 120mcg
Posle 12-og dana bi presao na efedrin + kofein + neki sagorevac i na tome ostao 12-14 dana
a posle bih se vratio na clen u fazonu

Dan 1 - 40mcg
Dan 2 - 60mcg
Dan 3 - 80mcg
Dan 4 - 100mcg
Dan 5 - 120mcg
Dan 6 - 120mcg
Dan 7 - 120mcg
Dan 8 - 120mcg
Dan 9 - 120mcg
Dan 10 - 120mcg
Dan 11 - 120mcg
Dan 12 - 120mcg i tu je kraj :)

od pocetka bih pio ketotifen pred spavanje 2-3 kafene kasicice...Jel valja ovakva kombinacija??

Ja misli da doze prvo treba da povecavas pa odrzavas pa smanjujesa ti ih samo povecavas
Zasto ubacujes efedrin zasto jednostavno ne izguras mesec dana sa clenom kad vec koristis ketotifen uz njega.....ovo je moje misljenje ali sacekaj nekog malo iskusnijeg da ti se javi

Ketotifen se obicno pije poslije te dvije sedmice jer za dvije sedmice nece doci do zasicenja.

Nejasna mi je mjera 2-3 kafene kasicice :rolleyes01: koliko mg?

Kad drugi put budes isao na clen nema potrebe da ides od donje doze nego odmah kreni sa najvecom.

Doze su na gornjoj granici nadam se da si koristio prije clen i da ces ovo uzimati u odvojenim dozama.

Moze se na kraju i spustati sto  je pozeljnije ali na kraju koristenja clena a ne ako se planira ubrzo opet uzimati clen.

Tako sto se na kraju spusta jel mu to osigurava manji povratak masti nakon prestanka ili sta vec koji je razlog spustanja

ma dobro ovo sam lupio 2-3 kafene kasike mislio sam na 3-4mg  :)

clen sam pio i ranije samu u fazoni 2 on 2 off...milsio sam da ga raspodelim u 2 ili 3 doze dnevno..znaci kad drugi put budem krenuo sa clenom posle efedrina da krenem sa najvecim dozama samo raspodeljenim na ceo dan.I jos jedno pitanje zar nije bolje da ketotifen pijem odmah cim krenem da pijem clen,nego tek posle 2 nedelje??

Misljenja sam da ce ti 2mg ketotifena pred spavanje biti dovoljno.

Inace bi trebao djeliti doze cak i one od 40mcg.
Nemas razloga da stavljas tjelo pod stres i trpis nuspojave (drhtavica i sl.) jer je poluzivot clena dovoljno dug.
I na kraju uzmes zeljenu vecu dozu imas isti efekat a manje nuspojava.

Po misljenju vecine do zasicenja dolazi tek poslje otprilike 2 sedmice i zbog toga ja nebih pio ketotifen u prve dvije sedmice.
