182, 94 kg masti, velik stomak

11h. 100gr ovsenih pahuljica 7 belanaca
14h. 200gr belog mesa 100gr pirinca + salata
17h trening.
19h. 200gr belog mesa 4 krompira + salata
21h 200 gr belog mesa + salata
23h tunjevina + salata
01h. 200 gr ella sira

+ kardio svaki dan, jel uredu ishrana ? ili nesto da smanjm , da povecam ? i ne jedem hleb uopste

+ 250 dl vode za svaki obrok, to sam zaobravio da dodam
