Da li je ovo ok dorucak ?

Znaci do sada sam uglavnom za dorucak jeo ovsene pahuljice sa mlekom ili jogurtom, pa mi je malo dosadilo...Sada radim rotaciju uh pa me zanima da li bi umesto ovsenih pahuljica mogao da jedem psenicni griz sa ella sirom ? Da li je ovo ok ? Hvala u napred

Probaj, recimo, Cheese cake od Ella sira i kuvan pirinac. Ja danas to doruckovala. Griz, je isto sto i belo brasno tip 500. E, sad, ako radis masu, moze. Moje skromno misljenje.

ja pravim palacinku od 150g ovsenih 5 jaja i 2 merice wheya...bas mi bude lepo...

sve to umutis i nalijes na teflon...par minuta sa obe strane i cao... +ja dodam i huxol(tecni zasladjivac)

nenadns, jeste odlicno! Cheese cake: ella sir, kakao, aroma cokolade, zasladjivac i kuvana kafa. Sve lepo smuckas i pomesas sa pirincem (lepo ga ocedi od vode) Mozes u to i ovsene da stavis. Meni je jako ukusno i dobro zasiti.

Jel gledao neko epizodu "prijatelja" sa "cheese cake-om",e tako se radi masa,lako se covek navuce  :)
