Mene zanima koliki je stvarni glikemijski indeks banane, posto nalazim na nekim mestima 50, negde 70, a negde cak i 90. Jel to zavisi mozda koliko je banana zrela? Ja pojedem 1 bananu na dan.

i da pitam ovde, jel bi smeo da jedem dnevno po pola kile kilu belog dnevno, jer ako je verovati propisanoj ishrani po krvnoj grupi, mojoj grupi B nije preporucena piletina:
Naravno,samo jedi,...ne drzis ti dijetu po krvnim grupama  :boxed:
Ne mozes ti sad jednim nacinom ishrane da obuhvatis nacela svake dijete. Drzis se jedne,pa dok ima rezultata guras i dalje,..kad nema,onda menjas...i tako stalno... ;)
