Procitao sam oba! :) promenicu ishranu.. sem toga , sto se tice treninga , eventualno nekih suplemenata, sta preporucujete ?
Sto se tice treninga, bilo bi pozeljno da krenes u teretanu, i kardio trening bar 3-4 puta nedeljno
