Trening programi

Tražio sam ranije na forumu da mi neko da neki dobar trening program, ali pošto to nisam dobio, sam sam našao 2, čini mi se dobra programa, pa bih volio da ih neko prokomentariše i kaže mi koji je bolji.

Greškom sam stavio temu u web čitaonicu, pa bih zamolio nekoga da je premjesti u ::Bodybuilding & fitness::.
