svaka cast na forumu ....  clap clap clap
imam jedan mali problem ,2-3 kg viska. 175cm sam visoka ,a imam 62 kg ...inace sam aktivni sportista  smile koji sagorevac masti preporucujete??? ne znam za kojio l-carnitine da se odlucim dunno i nacin ishrane ??? posto se poprilicno nezdravo hranim(fast food)... hvala Vam unapred ...zzz

pa resila sam da postanem disciplinovana ,nemoj da me i ti osudjujes  :nonono: :nonono:ali redovno treniram ,nego imala sam povredu kolena ,pa vec 2 nedelje nista ...
valjda cete mi pomoci malo ???  :nonono: :nonono:
