u ovoj vjezbi sam blago nagnuta napred i trudim da izvedem pokret  ruku koji ce da prati paralelno liniju uz samo  tjelo,
povlaceci kanap od grudi  ka  butinama,
laktovi ostaju fiksirani uz tjelo..
