Title: pojas tokom treninga?

dok treniram u teretani ( ponekad ) a dok trcim ( uvijek ) nosim pojas oko stomaka  :innocent:. . .pomaze mi da se bolje oznojim u tom predijelu. Postoje misljenja da pojas nije zdrav (mada ga nosim preko majce) i da ne pomaze u skidanju stomaka. Vase misljenje ...???

ma bolje kad obuces ronilacko odelo..ono gumirano ne pusta nista
