na takvo pitanje nemožeš dobiti pametan odgovor... ne preporučuje se više od 4 sedmice znači 2 do 3 sedmice po tvome nebi smjele biti problematične ali i to ti niko nemore garantovati... na kraju svega ostane ti samo jedno- ako si zdrav i imaš neke malo veče ambicije probaj vidi i testiraj nema ti druge ali niko ti nemože garantovati da neče biti posledica

sve  je to stetno,ovi tableti  su50% androgeni  i 50 %anabolik.ako vec hoces da primas  idi kod coveka sta razumja.ako si poceo zimati onda uzmi i zastitu za jetru LIFT ili SILIMARIN.Bolje uzmi  ANAVAR nije  toliko stetan kao naoposim.ali zasto to da primas danas ima toliko suplementa kao krearibozu , glutamina ,i sa dobre hrane postices vrlo  dobre rezultate  ali moras vjezbati redovito.ako uzmes steroida niko ne moze ti garantovati za tvoje zdravlje.Probaj i sam to resi.

Zdravo ljudi! Poslusah vas savet i ne pijem metan! Medjutim uzeo sam gltamin.
Rezultati su za sada OK, grudi i ruke mi se definisu, dobio sam na masi, jedini problem mi je stomak. Mnogo gojim u predelu stomaka, radim trbusnjake u teretani, ali bez  rezultata, mozete li opet da mi pomognete?

probaj paziti na hranu,jedi pomalo u razmaku od tri sata,jedi cistu hranu kao sta je;piletina-pileci stek,ribu pecenu sa malo maslinovom maslom,salate,samo kiselesto  voce,pirinac ,krompir i naravno redovito vjezbanje.Prvo vjezbaj sa  utezima a onda premini na aerobne  vjezbe kao sta su:vozenje statican bickl,orbitrek,traku za trcanje a onda prebaci se na stomacne vjezbe.Tako svaki dan sem nedelu to je dan za odmora.vozi bickl po 25 minuta posle treninga za utezima.evo ti jedan programic  vjezbanja;1 dan;grudi-20 minuta bickl i stomacne  vjezbe 2dan:leza-bickl 25 minuta-stomak 3 dan:30minuta bickl-stomaki4dan:ramena:35minata bickl,stomak5dan:ruke-20 bickl -stomak 6dan;bickl25minuta-noge,butina i listove7 dan -odmora.probaj ovo i budi uporan.

        Pozzz,treniram oko 4-5 god i ishrana mi je ok, riba,pureće meso i sl,92kg-1,95,e sad sam bio na masi ali nisam uzimao ništa od aas,a namjeravam turinabol,(zašto turinabol),prvenstveno zbog tog što nije dosta toksičan za jetru i gino.(čini mi se)a trenutno mi je potrebno dosta fizičke snage i kondicije.E sad sam ja malo ovo sa brda malo sa dola,ali evo pitanja.

Koliko mogu očekivati od solo uzimanja turinabola na snazi,i dali se može dobiti išta na masi,hvala?

Zasto bi ti sad uzimao nesto kad si isprepadan od steroida kad ces svakako to malo sto dobijes izgubiti ubrzo nakon kure.
Kad pocnes sa steroidima moras i nastaviti sa njima ako zelis da zadrzis dobijeno.
Jesi li spreman da radis nove cikluse?

 Tu i tamo da,sa vremena na vrijeme,ali vidim i čitam da je turinabol dosta dobar za snagu,a sada  mi je to najviše potrebno,i uzimao bih efu.
