edit : kosuta caps se smatra vikanjem , i malo sam promenio ono vikanje i naredjivanje da bi pristup bio lepsi :)

Zdravo svima! Jako bih vam bio zahvalan kada bi mi malo pomogli.:)
Krenuo sam u teretanu, skoro, i od sutra pocinjem da pijem metan. Sada ne znam ni kako, ni koliko da pijem, a ne zna ni cega treba da se odreknem, alkohola, coca-cole?....Ili cega god. Ako neko moze da odgovori, zaista bih vam bio zahvalan, znam da je metan stetan, ali moram da imam brze rezultate.
