 Dali ima smisla kombinirati dva aas,kao što su anapolon(anadrol)i turinabol ili winny,jer mi trenutno nije do neke mase više do snage a opet ovaj prvi je dosta toxic za jetru a drugi ne(ne winny),a ipak da se bar nešto dobije na masi ili ako ne dobije bar da se zadrži ono postojeće pošto treniram još jedan dodatni sport.U tom je problem pa ako neko može da odgovori i ako me razumije šta hoću da kažem,znam kako bi to bilo najbolje ono klasika.d-bol,test depo ili deca ali nije mi to sada potrebno.Hvala puno na odgovorima'?

Nemoj se naci uvrijeden ali vrlo si malo uradio za 4-5 godina i nebi rekao da je masa za tebe jer si previse mastan.
Preporucujem definiciju i obavezno neke promjene trening,prehrana,suplementi jer za 4-5 godina SLABO :nonono:

NOW.. here's how 1-5 plays out: Your GENETICS, you are born with, and can do nothing about. Numbers 2,3,4, I could teach a retarded monkey with a brain amputation.

And #5.. is why 99.99999% of the people fail.. and fall dead on their ass.

Notice is doesn't say "gear" or "steroids" in there at all. If you are one of those people that walks around saying "he's just big because he's on tons of shit!", then you will NEVER make it. NEVER!!

Nema smisla ni to a ni raditi samo oralne "kure" generalno.

   Možda u pravu,ali nije to bilo konstantno,bila je godina i pol pauze,a i trenutno idem 2-3 puta sedmično na trening bez suplemenata,tako da opet sa druge strane gledano nije to za mene tako ni loše,a naravno nikad zadovoljan.

ne treba da delis vec da popijes sve od jednom 1h pre treninga,pocni sa jednom dozom(20-25mg) i sa tom dozom idi do kraja...

masu od naposima neces nabaciti samo na ledja ruke i noge vec na sve jer valjda sve i treniras a ne samo ova 3...???

stomak sigurno neces stesati sa napisimom,to je stvar ishrane i da bi uspeo da ga smanjis ishrana mora da se dovede u red...
