Title: Ishrana

Znam da ovde ima mnogo tema o ishrani ali ja kad citam ono kolko sta ima proteina kcal itd pogubim se i onda mi rezim ishrane i ne uspeva.. Ako nekom ne bi bio problem da mi prakticno napishe sta tacno da jedem npr( dorucak:ime jela; rucak:ime jela..)
