Cao :)
Imam 14 godina, visok sam 185 i tezak skoro metar (92kg).
Skoro sam krenuo na trcanje i razmisljam da krenem sa vezbama sa opterecenjem.
Problem je gojaznost.
Ako bi neko bio ljubazan da mi napravi plan ishrane?
Nesto tipa:

DORUCAK: Musli i jogurt
RUCAK: Belo meso
VECERA: Jogurt

Sta skrobno da jedem pored belog za rucak i koliko?
Kad whey da uzimam?
Jednom dnevno posle treninga ili i ujutru sa muslijem?

Nego ako mozes da mi kazes za whey i sta bi bilo i koliko najbolje jesti skroba za rucak pored belog mesa?
