Moze li mi neko reci da li mi shake od 2 banane proizvoljno jogurta 5 kasika mljevelih badema 2 kasike plazme valja li mi takav shake posle treninga?

Banana, suvo grozdje, cok mleko, ne obaziri se na price da se slabo apsorbuje zbog laktoze.

Odlican sejk ako zelis pivsku stomacinu, a ne pijes pivo. Moze i cokolada prava sa obicnim mlijekom...
