Za dorucak vise ne jedem dve pilece virsle, posto sam odlucio totalno da izbacim iz ishrane mesne preradjevine. Tako da sam mislio da umesto te dve virsle za dorucak jedem tunjevinu sa ella sirom i zitaricama. E sad, posto i za veceru imam tunjevinu sa ella sirom ali sa povrcem, zanima me koliko je zdravo konzumirati cak 2 konzerve na dan? Citam na mnogim mestima da tunjevina ima odredjenu kolicinu zive u sebi, narocito one sa istoka uvezene. Ne bavim se nikakvim sportom, necu da nabijam misice i da mi se vide izrezani trbusnjaci, rekreativno trcim dva puta nedeljno, dosta setnju praktikujem i studije su mi vezane za racunar, mada je skoro svako za njega vezan. Nemam problema sa kilazom. Jednostavno sam se odlucio za zdravu ishranu, ali eto bojim se da ne napravim vece stete upotrebom konzervirane tunjevine. Imam tek tek povisen holesterol kao sto sam pre rekao, ali je uvek bolje spreciti nego leciti. Sad znate moju situaciju, pa ako bi mogli neke savete u vezi mojih pitanja da mi date bilo bi super.

Mozes dve tunjevine na dan.Stim da nekad mozes da je zamenis nekom drugom ribom...gledaj da ti ishrana bude sti raznovrsnija.
Pajseras, de mi rec kad si ti zadnji pu upao u katabolizam :D !

Pre neki dan kad nisam imao ellu .. :/ jbg desi se ..
A inace, post Pajserasa u kome kaze da je pao u katabolizam kad nije pojeo ellu mi je ulepsala vece  :wow: :lol:
Jeste brate , ja kasno ustajem i ono , nisam jeo jedno 13 sati tad minimum...

a da,natural sam :rolleyes01: :rolleyes01: :rolleyes01:

pio sam bcaa posle sexa...bez zajebavanja  :lol:

Pa dobro,nije to bas u detalje sve...Al ono,otprilike gledas sta,koliko i kad jedes....Ne vidim sta je tu problem...ne moras bas sve u gram da racunas ali makar priblizno da bude....

I meni je to bilo zacudjujuce, ovde definitivno i medju amaterima ima dosta ljudi koji su se prilicno uneli u celu pricu, sto je dobro, naravno...

Pokusavala sam dugo da pronadjem uspesnu dijetu, ali nisam uspevala trajno da skinem visak kilograma. Znam da ima ljudi koji mogu sami da rese taj problem sa ishranom i ovi recepti su super za to, ali ima dosta i nas kojima to ne uspeva. ja sam naprosto (bila) zavisnik od hrane :crazy: ;). Neko bi za to prosto rekao "volim da jedem". Ali napokon sam i ja postigla uspeh u dijeti, a vec sam bila izgubila svaku nadu. Dakle, da ne duzim, za sve one koji se pitaju kako se osloboditi viska kilograma i to trajno mogu pouzdano da preporucim program preko interneta koji je meni resio problem gojaznosti koji sam vukla od detinjstva. Radi se o mesavini psiholoskog treninga i nutricionistickih saveta. Psiholog se zove Lana Engel. Nutricionista sastavlja dijetu i vezbe prilagodjeno svakom pojedincu. Nadam se da ce ovo nekima pomoci kao sto je meni mnogo pomoglo. Sretno!
PS. U pocetku sam malo sumnjala da to moze preko interneta i da li je to opet neka prevara, ali prijatno sam se iznenadila. Mnogo je zgodno sto sve dobijes kod svoje kuce. :clap:
