ja cu ukratko da vas puno ne smaram...visoka 1.68  64kg,stomak kao kod trudnice,kukovi siroki  celulita more....sve mi je jasno,procitala sam sve teme ali imam jedan problem  radim od 8 do21h i nemam pojma kako da izvedem to sa vjezbama i teretanom :help: sta da radim :blush:

Ja licno treniram tri puta sedmicno a tebi ce sigurno biti dovoljno dva puta sedmicno tj. sub i ned.
Subotom donji dio tijela nedeljom gornji dio.
Uradi to sve po mogucnosti prijepodne da bi imala vremena da se oporavis da nebi trpile performanse na treningu u nedlju i  na poslu u ponedeljak :yes:

Ako nisi prije trenirala ovo ce ti biti dosta za fatt los a poslije nekada mozes ubaciti u toku sedmice kardio treninge tipa hiit jer imas malo vremena.
