Minimum fizicke spremnosti za mornaricke foke. Ne da mi se prevoditi sa Engleskog. Plivanje je na okeanu, u odjeci naravno. Probao, ubilo me trcanje (17 min.)

Pass a stringent physical screening test that includes the following procedure:
swim 500 yards in 12.5 minutes or less, followed by a 10-minute rest do 42 push-ups in under two minutes, followed by a two-minute rest do 50 sit-ups in under two minutes, followed by a two-minute rest do six pull-ups, followed by a 10-minute rest run 1.5 miles in boots and long pants in less than 11.5 minutes.

Znaci ovako:
plivanje 460m za 12.5minuta ili manje, zatim nakon 10min. odmora 42 skleka za manje od 2 min. , zatim 2min. odmora pa 50 trbusnjaka ispod 2 min. , zatim 2 min. odmora pa 6 zgibova, pa 10 min. odmora i 2.5km u cizmama i pantalonama za manje od 11.5 min.
