Postoji jos knjiga Dorucak Sampiona....samo neznam di da je nabavim...mozda je imaju u gradskoj knjiznici  :rolleyes01:

Dok nisam video ovu temu ,nije mi ni padalo na pamet da skinem nesto sa neta na ovu temu,totalno sam zaboravio.
Videcu da skinem nesto preko torrenta ali nemam nikakav nalog na rapidu,tako da bi mi bilo tesko da postavim.

Ali prvo da skinem sveodavde da ne bih nesto skinuo isto,pa cu videti.

Dobre dobre...ja sam zadovoljan...

...samo se nadam da cu imat volje i zivaca skenirat sve knjige... neke imaju preko 350 stranica...

a doma sam samo preko vikenda (subota i nedjelja), tako da ce ic sporo.

Ali trebalo bi pomoc onima koji imaju volju prosirit svoje znanje. Ja ju imam.

Trenutno citam tekstove od Charlesa Poliquina sa T-Nationa...dobri su.
Pa cu njegove knjige...i onda polako pocet citat te knjige iz knjiznice.

S kojim programom bi mogao to sta skeniram stavit u pdf format? Jer kad skeniram sprema mi stranicu po stranicu i oda bi to nekako trebalo spojit u jedan fajl.

Dorucak sampiona ima 473 stranice...knjiga je pre dobra. jucer sam je poceo citat.
Najbolja knjiga za podrucje steroida i doping sportasa.
Ima svega, od profila preparata, pitanja i odgovora, povjesti dopinga, sve sta mozes zamislit o ovoj temi je u njoj.

Evo sada sam skenirao Prehrana sportaša od dr. Ignaca Kuliera.
Knjiga je pre dobra. Procitao sam ju i jako mi se svidja ovaj autor.
Danas sam uzeo u knjiznici njegovu drugu knjigu--> Strategija mrsavljenja je ime knjige. Knjiga ima 435 stranica
i mislim da ce se svidjat zenskom djelu forumasa  ;)

Nesto sam se mucio kopirat onu knjigu: Dorucak sampiona, ali je tesko.

Zato sam dao kopirat knjige i onda ih kopiram u 30 minuta.

U srijedu ce mi iskopirat 2 knjige pa cu ih skenirat sljedeci vikend.

Sada samo da upload-am na Rapidshere knjigu pa cu ovdje kopirat link.

Evo jedne dobre knjige za one koji imaju problema sa viskom kilograma.
U ovoj knjizi mozete doznati puno o tome kako se boriti s vasim problemom.

Knjige dr. Ignac Kuliera su jako dobre i svidja mi se njegov stil pisanja.

Jucer sam nabavio knjigu od istog autora, Knjiga je puna recepata i jelovnike za one koji zele izgubiti
visak kilograma.

Drugi vikend cu je skenirat i stavit ovdje... trenutno je na fotokopiranju.

Nutricionist te specijalist za dojenačku i dječju hranu dugogodišnjim djelovanjem pokriva područje na relaciji hrana-zdravlje. Objavio je preko 50 stručnih i znanstvenih radova i desetke knjiga o prehrani.

Biografija

Specijalist za dojenačku i dječju hranu, nutricionist i 15 godina znanstveni suradnik Istraživačkog instituta Pliva a kasnije znanstveni suradnik Pliva-Prehrana (sada CEDEVITA), svakako je jedan od najplodnijih pisaca stručne i znanstveno-popularne publicistike o prehrani u Hrvatskoj.

U Sele skinuo sam ovu knjigu, pise begining bb ali uopste nije u smislu pocetnicka, jako je dobra  :yes:.Mislim bar mi se tako cini samo sam je prelistao.Ima cak i chapter o steroidima  :wow: Sta ti mislis jel dobra knjiga, jel vredi citati, posto svakakvih knjiga ima ne moraju sve biti dobre?  :rolleyes01:

Moras skinuti njihov programcic za citanje pa ces preko tog programa skinuti.
Vidjet ces gdje pise ako nemas program na kompu da ga skines i kad zavrsis sa instalaciojom programa on ce sam poceti da skida.

Evo ti link...kad ga skines stavi ga u folder (naravno otpakovanog) "My Zinio Library" koji ti se najvjerovatnije nalazi na desktopu poslije instaliranja programa.Otvori zinio reader i klikni na library i tu bi se trebalo pojaviti casopis.Klikni dvaput i uzivaj.

Radi mi frendica u jednoj trgovini i svaki mjesec mogu uzet sta ocu na par dana da procitam i onda lijepo uredno vratim(cak i zapakirane,posto ih ona zapakira prek onog stroja za vakumiranje)


ako bas nekog ex zanima mogo bi to skenirat i uploudat.Mozda ne bude ko orginal ali bolje neg davat pare  ;)

ps: jos par dana je na godisnjem odmoru ali kad se vrati...

et ovako ja mogu nabavit casopise MUSCLE SPORT i Men's Health potpuno free.

Radi mi frendica u jednoj trgovini i svaki mjesec mogu uzet sta ocu na par dana da procitam i onda lijepo uredno vratim(cak i zapakirane,posto ih ona zapakira prek onog stroja za vakumiranje)


ako bas nekog ex zanima mogo bi to skenirat i uploudat.Mozda ne bude ko orginal ali bolje neg davat pare  ;)

ps: jos par dana je na godisnjem odmoru ali kad se vrati...

upravo sam procitao...knjiga se protivi svim mojim dosadasnjim uverenjima...ne znam ni sta da mislim...

podrzava se kratkorocno gladovanje u poriodima od 24h...

jel ima neko od iskusnijih misljenje na ovu temu?

pa sve to ima logike...kao one polikvinove fore za razbiajnje platoa kada je cilj extremno pretreniravati i izgaldnivati telo par nedelja....i onda BUM


mislim kao sto je dobro odraditi priming pre ciklusa sa AAS gde cete umrtviti sve hormone,tako i ovo na nekom mini nivou ima logike...kada je razmak izmedju obroka veci,povecava se i osetljivost na AK,nesto slicno kao sto se gubi ins osetljivost kada stalno unosimo UH...e sad nisam procito knjigu :lol: pa enznam o cemu s etacno radi,ali kalkulisano gladovanje,pretreniravanje itd ima logike zavisno od cilja...pogotovo odlicni nacini za razbijanje platoa i snage i hipertrofije

i sto se tice obroka i njihove zastupljenosti....bas ovo oko AK osetljivosti,razlika izmedju 4 i 7 i vise obroka obroka na dnevnom nivou NE POSTOJI tj razlika u "boljem" rezultatu bilo dijete bilo nabacivanja misica je minimum minimuma...samo je bitan timing i vrsta i koliko s evari blablabla

U pitanju je knjiga starija od bilo koga sa ovog foruma :lol: , stampana je 1968. (da, pre 41 godinu!), i iako se toliko toga promenilo u medjuvremenu, nije bas ni da ima iskljucivo istorijsku vrednost, npr. vezbe su tako fino i jasno objasnjene a ilustracije jednostavne i razumljive, da sam kao klinac kome je to bila jedina sportska literatura koja se vukla po kuci umeo zaista ok da izvedem veliku vecinu vezbi pre nego sto sam prvi put u zivotu uopste usao u teretanu ili video nekoga kako to radi. Takodje i nazive i funkcije svih misica... Sam program i preporuke glede hrane su druga prica, ali u to necu ulaziti ovde, ko procita bice mu jasno.

Ali napominjem opet, da se ovo ne pretvori u onu diskusiju sa Sergio Olivera teme :evillaugh: , da je ovo interesantno pre svega kao uvid u svet bodibildinga u EXYU pre nego sto se bilo ko od nas i rodio. :) Nisam kompetentan nikome nista specijalno da preporucujem, pogotovo ne ove pretpotopske programe.

Bilo mi zao da ostane zaboravljena, pa eto, nije me mrzelo da skeniram.

Mnogo dobra knjiga sto se tice anatomije... ja sam je skoro kupioovde u knjizari ali na engleskom :). Knjiga vredna posedovanja u svakom pogledu .....

Druga knjiga koja mi se isto svdja je  Bodybuilding anatomy by EVANS NICK ..

Posto Lazic nije okacio na svoj RAPID SHARE da bi mogli da skidamo fajl neogranicen broj puta, ja sam opet postavio na RAPID, isao sam i na MEGAUPLOAD ali  mi prijavljuje neku gresku.

Da napomenem ovo je TOTALNO NOV COLOR SKEN, malo smo se vise namucili ali je sad jos bolje uradjeno.

eo ga ima dosta o glutaminu... samo shto i on ima svoje suplemente pa nema muda da kaze da je glutamin glupost .. ali chitaj bash studije koje su radjene , sumnjaj u sve i ne veruj nikome ...  nisi debil ne treba niko da ti prevodi i izvlachi zakljuchke ako imash svoj mozak i u stanju si da kritichki razmishljash ..
