Nema tu pravilno, nepravilno, ako ti misic radi, tj ako ga pogadjas nije bitno kako radis. Ako ja sedim i gledam u biceps i on raste to je onda najbolja vezba, dok neko ne moze da ga pogodi kakav god i sa cim god pregib radi  :yes:
