Da li se dostizanje platoa moze izbeci konstantnim povecavanjem tezina? Da li je dovoljno samo povecavati tezine ili moramo menjati trening?

Pa ono da ti se misici naviknu na trening, pa moras da menjas trening. Da li umesto menjanja treninga moze da se povecava tezina?

radi cucanj u drugim patikama i vec si uneo promenu u trening nogu recimo.Dovoljne su male promene

Sustinski - to se prevazilazi primenom drugih trening principa, vrsiti "probijanja" sa tezinama tj. raditi jedinice, pojacana ishrana i kvalitativno i kvantitativno. To su neke od mera ali dobro bi bilo da cujemo jos neke iskusne vezbace i iz svog iskustva napisu nesto - inace je kvalitetno i dobro pitanje.

pa ljudi gomilu stvari mozete menjati u treningu,raspored vazbi,broj serija,pauze...imate bilijonardu nacina da menjate trening,povecanje tezine je samo jedan od nacina menjanja treninga tj napredovanja.
