mozete li mi pomoci u vezi sa serije, ponavlanja i td... radim ovako: grudi-4 vezbe po 3 serije sa 8 ponavljanja.. ledja - isto..
Biceps- tri vezbe po tri serije sa 8 ponavljanja.. triceps - isto... Rame- isto... sta vi mislite
