E ovako...potrebno mi je objasnjenje za sledece,a nigde na forumu ne nadoh..
naime razumem sta znaci 1RP to je jedno maksimalno ponavljanje...a sad mi se u programu trazi npr 5RP jel je to npr obicnih 5 ponavljanja do otkaza ?
