Week #9: 6X30 push ups

nastavak.....obavezno zavrsiti prvi deo pa tek onda nastaviti sa drugim

Week #1,2: 6X30 push ups
6x35 sit ups
3X10 pull ups
3X20 dips

Weeks #3,4: 10X20 push ups
10X25 sit ups
4X10 pull ups
10X15 dips

Week #5: 15X20 push ups
15X25 sit ups

evo ovo kacim vec peti put  :wow: Znaci tri puta nedeljno se radi. Za listove podizanje na prste je vezba, pa sad ti vidi, ako neces sa tegovima onda recimo na jednoj nozi radi  ;)

a ti neki..jel moras da ih slusas? da ti ti neki kazu da treba skakati sa mosta jel bi skocio...nadji nekog sturcnog pa porpicaj sa njim malo posto vidim iz tvojih postova da nisi bas informisan o ovim stvarima :)
al se nekad dobro jelo

da sam bio pametan krenuo bi u teretanu jos u petom osnovne...ali nisam pa sam krenuo sa 16 i sada sam visok 187cm...nije nista spektakularno ali sobzirom da kod mene nema nikog iznad 180 onda slobodno mogu da kazem da ne usporava rast nego se bolje raste od teretane  :) i u visinu i u sirinu  ;)

definicija je zapravo samo nizak % telesnih masti...sto znaci da se do definicije dolazi 80% ishranom...znaci moze

brate idi nabilduj se lepo u teretanu, od sklekova su slabi rezultati, i ja sam imao taj trip u glavi ostacu mali ovo ono punili su mi glavu, i zato ranije nisam krenuo. sad mi je krivo i reko sam jebes krecem i sad picim i dajem svoj max.! pozz samo cepaj teretanu i nemas brige
