promena intenziteta i intervala ti je vazna a kolika ce biti zavisi i od kondicije..
koliko je to "vise"?

Pa vise nije nesto mnogo ali 3-4 minuta mogu da izdrzim pa pauza pa onda 2 minuta uvek je razlicno zato sam pitala dali moze koliko mogu da izdrzim ???

idi do max ali ceo cardio nek ti ne predje 20-25 min..
ili probaj sa promenom intenziteta a nek ti intervali ostanu na 2 min..kombinuj,menjaj,..

Jutro u 11:40? Ja ga zato i ne mogu raditi ujutru ustajem u 6:00 zbog posla i tada nema sanse da radim ista drugo vec samo da se obucem i picim na bus.

ja ustajem oko 15 do 6 da jedem, pa tushiranje+spremanje za shkolu, a zatim josh jedno jelo pre shkole da bih najzad krenuo u 6:45

Haha pa kada nisam na fakultet to je za mene jutro , a i kasno ostajem uvece
tako da to je to .... a trening sam super izdrzala 25 min hiit na traci i onda 20 minuta na steper i na kraju sa tegovima
