napisi jos neki info kako se hranis  i to..koliko dugo treniras
Pa nemaju priblizan izgled jer treniraju bas kao sto je ovde okacen trening cak i vise..gledaju kojekakve gluposti po netu....rade kardio do besvesti...nemaju pojma sta jedu i koliko jedu i tako dalje da ne nabrajam sad milion je razloga zasto ljudi ne napreduju u teretani.

na kraju krajeva na sebi sam iskusio......rade ljudi pregibe mlate onim bucicama..aa ne mogu ovamo 3 zgiba da urade kako treba, cucanj i osnovne vezbe...ostaju u teretani po 2 sata i tako...ne spavaju dovoljno, po ceo dan pored kompa....sve je to stres veliki za organizam aa pod stresom neces napredovati kako treba i da je sve perfektno


cista klopa 3 obroka ..teretana 3 puta nedeljno osnovne PL vezbe i tezis da budes sto jaci...pominjao je to Milan kako on misli da treba da treniraju natural ljudi  samo heavy duty...

A inace meni je najveci problem stres i mislim da cu jos vise da naprdujem ako se njega resim....

i da zaboravio sam mao njih je istrajno u svemu ovome...treba nanizati godine rada zato sam i rekao za 5-10 godina ja sam siguran da cu biti jako bolji nego sada(mozda ce mi i vise trebati nznm)

dobro dosao, dobro ovo izgleda
pokusavao sam da vidim zasto nece embedding videa, izgleda da su moderatori moda, prekinuli saradnju sa smfom

treniram vec 2-3 godine s prekidima ali sam bio skroz mrsav kada sam poceo, odprilike 50 kg i bio sam bas slabasan(da cure su me dobijale u obaranju ruke :/ )

trenutno, treniram po PHAT principu a hranim se po IIFYM principu, nista komplikovano :D
odprilike 3600-3800 cals dnevno, 200+g P, 90+ g M...  ostalo napunim UH ili jos M i P
