Potrebna mi je washa pomoc jer zhelim da oslabim par kilograma... Wisoka sam 173 cm a imam 67 kg... Nisam zadowoljna swojim izgledom,i zato was molim da mi pomognete da smrsham... Shta bih trebalo da jedem,a shta ne? Molim was za pomoc... :(

Pozdrav i dobrodosla na forum.
Aj za pocetak napisi sta jedes u toku dana (svoj jelovnik), kao i aktivnosti kojima se bavis pa sta treba, korigovace se.
A takodje pogledaj okolne teme malo da malo udjes u stos sta i kako bi trebalo raditi.

Pogledala sam ostale teme... Inache ne hranim se bash najzdrawije,poshto imam samo 14 godina kao i swi u mojim godinama wolim fast food,i tako to... Ali spremna sam da se odreknem swega kako bih smrshala... Inache pokushawala sam da izbacim hleb iz jelownika,i da jedem u manjim kolichinama... Ne bawim se nijednim sportom,jedino shto u shkoli imam fizichko waspitanje i tamo prilichno dosta wezhbam i trchim,a kod kuce radim wezhbe,i uweche uglawnom radim trbushnjake u skladu sa slobodnim wremenom...

pa owako.. doruchak: neki sendwich i jogurt, onda izmedju doruchka i ruchka mozhda neko woce, ruchak: neko meso,krompir,salata, wechera: 2-3 parcheta hleba sa pashtetom,ili neko lisnato testo i jogurt...

UFF mala mala ..  :lol:
Ti ocito da imas teske kosti jer slike ne pokazuju nista drugo..
Ali definitivno moras da korigujes ishranu tako sto ces izbaciti hleb, lisnata tesna, ne smes da mesas skrob i vlakna.. pokusaj tako nedelju dana..
Ubaci kardio + teretanu i ima da budes extra :)

Hwala :) A jel bi mogla da mi napishesh otprilike kakaw bih jelownik trebala da uwedem? Jel smem uweche da jedem do kada hocu,ili ne smem posle 18h?

Dobrodosla i od mene ,nisam hteo da se ukljucujem u temu ,ali kad sam vidoe sliku  :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Ne smes ( ne bi trebalo) da ti zadnjiu obrok bude do 18h....znaci jedes i posle tog vemena.....zadnji obok ti zavisi od toga kad ides da spavas.....gledas da jedes oko 2 h pred spavanje....

Heh.. hwala :) Chula sam da ne treba da jedem posle 18h.. Ali ja legnem prilichno kasno,i onda mi bash ne odgowara da trpim glad toliko dugo..

ne treba tebi nista posebno..eliminacijom lose hrane ces doci do cilja..tvoj metabolizam radi odlicno, da nije tako , od ovoga sto jedes, ti  bi bila jos teza..
