Po tablicama ispada da treba da unosim oko 100gr proteina dnevno (1.5gr/kg * mojih 63.5 kg = 95.5gr ) a to je svega 400 kcal?? Ili je ovo stvarno jako malo, ili ja pogresno racunam?

To je recimo 3-4-5 konzervi tunjevine (ne znam napamet), nije to malo, kako si racunala kolicinu proteina?
Kako si proteine pretvarala u kalorije?

na jednoj konzervi tune pise 50 gr neto, znaci dve konzerve 100gr proteina.tj 400kcal (za druge ribe cu izmeriti tacno da ne lupam)

hmmm..dobro ..ipak wi znate mnogo wise od mene..poslusacu was..uradicu owako...sad ima da jedem swe ziwo cak cu i surutke i sok  od cvekle da kupim..tj svu zdravu hranu..za 1 mesec cu onda da uzmem metan..a posle metana cu jos wise da jedem.a onda cu stucem jos jednu turu pa posle toga cu 3 meseca da jedem kao stoka..a kasnije ako se wide rezultati nastawicu sta da  wam drugo kazem..uglawno hwala wam puno..pozdraw.

kako ti je malo 100gr proteina?
ja otprilike toliko unosim
5 belanaca+200gr pileceg belog, 1 tunjevina/skusa (ona veca konzerva, okrugla; ne znam tacnu gramazu), 150gr ella sira .... to ti je oko 100gr
ja to rasporedim na 6 obroka  :boxed: tacnije na 5, posto mi je prepodnevna uzina uglavnom voce
ali ako uzmes pa pojedes 1/2kg mesa za rucak, naravno da je malo  :bored:

recimo:
dorucak: ovsene, jogurt, 2-3 belanca
voce
meso, skrob
meso vlakno
meso vlakno
ella+tunjevina/skusa (eventualno vlakno ako mi se jede)
preostala belanca

onu ellu i ribu podelim na dva dela

inace ja jedem 100gr pileceg belog pa nemam 3 obroka meso+vlakno nego 2 uglavnom, a ako uzmem 200gr belog ne jedem ribu nego samo 150gr ella sira pa mi je to onda jedan obrok
nije to malo ...

jel ti racunas 100gr namirnica=100gr proteina/masti/UH?
100gr pileceg belog ti je oko 20gr proteina, 100gr tunjevine/skuse/sardine ti je oko 20gr proteina, jedno belance ti je oko 4gr proteina ... (okvirne mere +-koji gram)

zeznula si se malo...na 100gr imas svega oko 20-25gr proteina,sto znaci da bi trebalo da pojedes oko 4-5 konzervi onih velikih,a ti izgleda uzimas one manje,sto mu dodje onda 8-9 tih konzervi...   :yes:

ma najbolje ce skuzit sam.Sto god rekli ili predlozili on ce na kraju vidit sta mu pase.

Moj frend dnevno pojede prosjecno 3 posna sira od pol kg i opet uz to pojede dosta druge hrane i nije mu puno.Ali dobro njegova kilaza je 108 kg na 186 cm,a bf mu je trenutno 8.7%
Mozes biti jaci i veci,ali ludji....

Devojke, hvala , oci ste mi otvorile  :clap:  kad pogledam bolje u nutrit. vrednosti pise 17.5 grama proteina na 50 gr tune (malo sam pogubljena sto se tice grama i kalorija, dok se ne usemim valjda)

 Koliko kapiram ako jedem uz ribu razani hleb , onda ne treba da jedem npr. cveklu ali mogu da je ukljucim u sledeci obrok (obicno mi je to popodne) kada ne jedem hleb ?? (nadam se da sam ukapirala)

A ako jedem u jednom obroku tunu i hleb da li tada smem da ukljucim ella sir ili ne??

Inace, ide mi dobro, za sada o slatkisima ni ne razmisljam  :clap: !! Eh da, posebno hvala za primer dnevnog jelovnika!

razlicite vrste proteina mozes kombinovati u jednom obroku
razlicite vrste vlaknastog povrca mozes kombinovati u jednom obroku
razlicite vrste skrobnog ne treba da kombinujes u jednom obroku
meso+skrob ne mora da ti bude samo jedan obrok (mislim na onaj primer koji sam ti dala)
ako rano ustajes pa ranije doruckujes rasporedi taj skrob na 2-3 obroka .... ono ti je samo primer
a za slatkisima ne osecas potrebu ako jedes na svaka 2 sata i drzis secer pod kontrolom. to moze da bude jedino "oci gladne" kad vidis cokoladu, inace ti ne treba  :clap:
