Pozdrav svima! Imam 14 godina, bavim se Street Workoutom, treniram naporno i td... :)
Treba mi jedan savet vezan za ishranu, tj. da li valja ovako?
Kada idem prepodne u skolu
Dorucak: Kajgana 2 jaja + ella sir + salata ili Tunjevina + salata + 2,3 belanca
Uzina: Jabuka recimo
Rucak: Normalan piletina,riba,junetina,povrce,pasulj,salata....
Trening
30g whey+300-500 g vode
Vecera: Tunjevina ili sardina, salata,belanca
Posle vecere: 50-100g ella sira
Kada idem popodne
Dorucak:Ovsene+voda+whey
Trening

Ok, a da li je ostalo ok?
I samo mi recite koliko ovsenih da pojedem kada njih jedem?Visok sam oko 165cm tezak oko 55kg.
