Da li je istina da dok jedemo slatkise trosi se hrom i postaje neophodno da se koristi jos vise secera?
razmisljam se da pocnem da pijem tablete hroma (gtf) 1 mg dnevno...kazu onda bi mi se smanjila zelja za slatkisima skroz !

on moze da pomaze kod pada secera..trosi se za mnoge metabolicke procese od pretvaranja secera u energiju pa do regulisanja dijabetesa..hranom je dovoljno da se unese..
ako preteras moze da se otrujes...tako da jednostavnije je da izbacis slatkise

e pa to sam i trazio hranu bogatu hromom,ali nisam nasao.Jel znas ti gde najvise ima hroma ?
