 Drugi Euro kup Crvenka u aerobik, model i figur fitnesu i bodibildingu

Poštovani,

Pozivamo Vas da sa svojom takmičarskom ekipom učestvujete na Euro Kupu prvenstvu u aerobik, model i figur fitnesu i bodibildingu. Želimo da naglasimo da je takmičenje kvalifikaciono za predstojeće evropsko i svetsko prvenstvo!
Xzahvaljijemo se gradonacelniku Radonjić Hercegu,menađžeru  Petru Božoviću
Takmičenje će se održati 11.10.2008. nedelja, u sportskom centru ”Crvenka ” prema sledećem rasporedu:
16:00 časova skup, merenje i prijavljivanje takmičara,
18:00 časova početak takmičenja.

 Takmičenje u ženskom i muškom fitnesu, kao i u bodibildingu održaće se po pravilima WFF i NABBA, i to po sledećim kategorijama:
Aerobik fitnes - 70% ocenjivanje tačke sa elementima gimnastike, fleksibilnosti, snage i                    izdržljivosti,
                          - 30% ocenjivanje figure, simetrčnosti i mišićavosti.
Model fitnes - ocenjivanje lepog, zategnutog, umereno mišićavog, ženstvenog tela, po   uzoru na manekenke.
                        -  Prva runda takmičenja u kupaćem kostimimu,
                        -  druga runda takmičenja u elegantnoj haljini.
Figur fitnes - klasičan fitnes sa ocenjivanjem mišićave konstitucije bez elemenata
                        gimnastike.
Bodibilding juniori - jedna kategorija.
Bodibilding seniori - do 170cm visine,
                                 - od 170cm do 180cm visine,
         - preko 180cm visine.
Bodibilding veterani - jedna kategorija.
Bodibilding žene - jedna kategorija.

 Second Euro CUP in Crvenka in aerobics, model and figure fitness and bodybuilding
Dear Sir/Miss,

We invite you to participate in Euro Cup in aerobics, model and figure fitness and bodybuilding.We want to accent that the following competition is qualification for next Euro and World Championship!

Competiton will take place on 11.10.2008. sunday according to the following timetable: 16:00 hours meeting,measuring merenje and sign in of competitors;
18:00 hours beginning of competition.

Competition if women and man fitness and in bodybuilding will take place according to the rules of WFF and NABBA and by following categories:

Aerobic fitness - 70% account of act with elements of gymnastics,flexibility,strenght and      endurance;
                           - 30% account of figure,symmetrical and muscle.
Model fitness    - account of beautifull,tighten,mild muscle female body according to mannequin-model.
                           - First round will be in swimming suit;
                           - Second round will be in elegant dress.
Figure fitness    - classic fitness with account of muscle constitution without elements of
                              gymnastics.
Bodybuilding juniors – one category.
Bodybuilding seniors – up to 170cm height,
                                       - from 170cm to 180cm height,
               - over 180cm.
Bodybuilding veterans - one category.
Bodybuilding female    - one category.

Mislim da dolaze!Jedan momak se prijavio vec ali nisam sigurna da li je iz Hrvatske ili Slovenije.
