verujem da solidan broj velikih imena, kad postavljaju svoj plan treninfga dodaju barem 40% vezbi koje ne stizu da urade i zgusnjavaju pricu. Pa umesto 4 treninga u 11 dana oni ih uguraju u ciklus od 7 dana. Pa to bude wow.
