In the fell clutch of circumstance

Under the bludgeonings of chance

evo skino sam longetu pre 2-3 nedelje i juce sam uradio 12 ponavljanja cucnja i dobio upalu svega xD

da malo obnovim,razmisljao sam o bench specijalizaciji madjutim batalio sam to,trenutno radim box cucnjeve,benc i floor

za sada box sq je 50kg 5x5 xxxD
floor i benc 110x5

zivi bili pa videli sta ce od mene na kraju ispasti xD
