jel moze neko da mi pojasni ovu dijetu sta se jede i koliko se maximalno drzi?
cuo sam da je dobra da se isecem

bitno mi je da se isecem oko stomaka i donji deo isto

Bilo bi bolje da si se ceo slikao a ne samo stomak,po ovome ja bih rekao samo MASA

da poceo sam pre neka dva meseca koristim whey i malto od preparata.
koja je tvoja preporuka da li ima potrebe da radim kardio ili samo tegovi?

samo tegovi, jedi cisto, bez dzunka, dosta proteina, slobodno jedi uh, i to ce nestati..
treba ti misica da bi sagorevao salo..dzabe dijete..
