Moze neko da mi da neki dobar plan bodyweaght treninga visok 180 tezak 70kg.Radim ja i sad sve kucne vezbe bez reda i bilo vega,ocu malo se organizujem

za ledja i biceps radi zgibove(uske,siroke),za grudi i triceps(propadanja,sklekove,propadanja za grudi),noge radi cucnjeve(veoma sporo),i sedenje na zidu
za ramena ne bih znao da ti kazem

Cini mi se da kod tog kucnog vezbanja i nema neke svrhe deliti treninge po misicnim partijama nego se vise isplati radi kruzne treninge, moje skromno misljenje

pa sto da ne?ako bi radio od svega po 4 ili 45serije,pametnije bi mu bilo da razdvaja...doduse,svako ima svoje misljenje.A i tek sam sad video koliko je stara ova tema.Valjda ce nekome koristiti,posto od ovog sto je postavio izgleda nema glasa

pa ne znam koliko bi sa tim odvajanjem npr. mogao u treningu kada radi triceps da ga pogodi (sa propadanjima npr. i onom veznbom sa stolicom) pa da onda ceka sedam dana da ponovo radi triceps?

Pa bas zbog toga i kazem jer mi se cini da sa tim kruznim treninzima je bolje odrzavati takav izgled,
