a nisi mogao normalno da se slikash ??? msm znao sam gde te boli zanimalo me je zashto .. mozda lordozu imash kifozu , anterior pelvic tilt otkud znam ..

msm erector si istegao ili mozda pripoj QL-a .. jel na treningu ili ovako bezveze ?

moze .. ali slikaj sebe sa strane i od napred/nazad  mozda imash neki problem tipa lordoza , anterior pelvic tilt itd .. ??? ako nije direktno uzrokovano vezbanjem tj ako ne radish ovako deadlifts



onda je verovatno neki postural problem ..

sve je normalno sa kicmom,sad sam bas gledo..nije nista izbaceno

radio sam onu vebu kad zaboces sipku u cosak,uski hvat za ledja,pa moguce da sam tu nesto zeznuo

nije nista izbaceno xD nije mislio da si fasovao diskusherniju tada bi se usro u gace od muke...poenta je da ako imas neki od posturalnih problema koje je naveo a verovatno imas kao i 90% ljudi danasnjice to znaci da imas i lose movement patternse tj zbog tih posturalnih poremecaja odredjene misicne particije preuzimaju posao onih koje ne koristis a to moze da dovede do razlicitih povreda...tj ne da moze nego je samo pitanje vremena...
