Ako Vam je lakse da nadjete tu knjizicu,idi u   Menshealth :link: (http://www.menshealth-scg.com/), klikni Fitnes, idi dole sa desne strane pise Download i tu je Najbolji 20-minutni treninzi,klikni i dobijes,pa sacuvaj u tvoj komp...  :innocent:
