1. Bench na smithu,obrnuti hvat 4x
2.uski nench na smithu 3x
3.potisak sa cela 3x
samo sto sledeci trening zamenim uski za triceps potisak
pa sledeci potisak sa cela zamenim za kanap
jel treba nesto da se menja?

al jbg..lakse mi je na smithu da radim uski:)
danas sam radio prvi put bench sa obrnutim hvatom,zglobovi ubijaju,nema sanse da ga radim vise:)

naravno da je lakse kad ne moras da mislis o stabilizaciji...+sto se benc kao i vecina drugih vezbi ne odvija samo u jednoj ravni na sta te smith ogranicava..

Je l' bi mogao neko da napise za koje ti vjezbe misli da su najbolje za sve tri glave ( Long Head, Lateral Head, Medial Head) ? Citao sam ja mislim sve o tricepsu al nisam vidio da je neko dao odgovor koji sam ja sad postavio...?
