PILATES je izuzetno atraktivan program koji obuhvata rad kako celog tela tako i uma, a namenjen je svima bez obzira na godine, pol ili fizičku spremnnost. Program pilates vežbi koji je pred Vama predstavlja širok i raznolik opseg vežbi koje će i početniku i dobro utreniranoj osobi otkriti nov način kako da se zdravo i radosno krećete, istežete i budete zadovoljniji sobom. Osnove Pilates body tehnike
Ana-Marija Jagodić Rukavina










Body tehnika je tehnika koja je dodatno poboljšala već izvrstan klasični pilates. Savršen spoj vježbi istezanja, oblikovanja i jačanja mišića cijeloga tijela, te programa za poboljšanje kardiovaskularnih sposobnosti.

Ana Marija Jagodić Rukavina diplomirala je 2000. godine na Kineziološkom fakultetu u Zagrebu. Zdravstveno-terapeutsko iskustvo, stečeno pri Poliklinici za dijagnostiku, iskoristila je u kineziterapeutske svrhe. Godine 2003. osnovala je Pilates Body Studio, a utemeljiteljica je i nove tehnike vježbanja - BODY TEHINKE. Vodi edukativne programe za instruktore pilatesa, fizioterapeute, kineziologe, liječnike. 2005. izdala je DVD "Osnove Pilates Body tehnike", te stekla titulu magistra specijalista kineziologije. Autorica je knjige Body tehnika.

It targets four distinct body areas with an effective mix of varied workout styles. You also get lots of between-set stretches that keep you motivated and flexible. Upper body, legs, butt and tummy — this programmable DVD lets you play any section in any order. The progressions include traditional exercises like pliés and push-ups, plus Pilates classics like “the hundred” and “dead bug.” But you also get less common isometric and deep-muscle pulse moves that target the smaller muscles in each body area. Kathy’s walking-around, hands-on cuing is especially clear and easy to understand (“lift with the arms, but lower with the shoulders”). Requires 1 to 5 lb. dumbbells.
