Ciklus za definiciju

Druze sele137...baci oko na ovaj ciklus

danas sam bas probao smisljat ciklus za definiciju koji cu napravit u 4.mjesecu 2009 godine...pa sam slozio nesto ovako.

1-8 tjedan: 100mg DIAMOND test. Propionat EOD
1-8 tjedan: 400mg/tjedan Boldenon
8-12 tjedan: DIAMOND Cut Stack 150mg EOD
8-12 tjedan: Winstrol 50mg/dan EOD (injektivni)

PCT 7 dana nakon zadnje inekcije

Nolvadex: 40/40/20/20/20

Sada u 10. mj. cu odradit 12 tjedana mase i onda u 4. mj. 10 do 12 tjedana definicije.

Ciklus ti je ok s tim da sam jos uvijek misljenja da bezveze bacas pare.
Cilj steroida na definiciji je zadrzavanje misica I TO JE SVE !!!
Svoj nivo misica mozes zadrzati sa 250mg testa!!!
Ucinak winstrola/trena itd. neces vidjeti dok nebudes na zadovoljavajucem nivou definicije a iz iskustva sa ostalim znam da "pocetnici" uveliko lose procjenjuju svoj BF.
Wins i tren su vise predtakmicarske last week supstance koje tebi netrebaju osim ako se neplaniras takmiciti i napravice vrlo malu ili nikakvu razliku ako nebudes dovoljno definisan tj. ostanes na nivou prosjecnom bildera.

Nisam ni mislio vise postavljat pitanja na tu temu, ali sam ipak probao vidit sta mislite.

Ali shvatio sam da vise nemam sta pitat. Znam sta trebam znat, sada je samo praksa bitna.
