Pozdrav, zanima me da li ovaj raspored treninga valja ista:
Ponedeljak : Ledja, trbusnjaci
Utorak : Grudi
Sreda : Noge, trbusnjaci
Cetvrtak : Pauza
Petak : Ruke (Triceps, biceps, podlaktice)
Subota : Ramena, listovi, trbusnjaci
