eo htio sam s vama da podijelim svoj update naravno kritike i sugestije dobrodosle
prije 3 mjeseca

ishrana
1. ujutro (100g zobenih+10-15g suvih grozdjica +1 banana )
2. uzina (protein+salata+malo rize kao uh)
3.prije treninga (protein+uh(krompir/riza) + salata po zelji
4. obrok posle treninga protein+uh(pileca prsa/riba + krompir)
5. zadnji obrok pred spavanje (protein(200g svjezeg sira + 15-20g kikirikija)
uz to jos pijem whey+kreatin i dextro posle treninga a na dane kad ne treniram samo kreatin ujutro

Cilj mi je sad da podebljam ishranu i da dobijem jos odprilike 5-7kg misicne mase.
