jbt.kakva pojam...HIDRATNI METABOLIZAM.....mashala sale..mashala...

ako je bolje reci ona podjela ekto endo i mezo tipova, na to sam mislio..insulinska osjetljivost,

to naravno postoji i tako..
ali znam i siguran sam da neko ko se prvi put sprmea ozbiljno za takmcenje iskreno znam ih mnogo
MOZES da jedes bukvalno sta hoces.dobro..nije bas tako..ali boze moj....
znam momke koji su se sprmeali prvi put i ono..extra...a vec drugi put...

puffy tail... ;) ;)
tako da ne bi bas pocetnik trebalo da obazire pzanju na visinu insluniske osetlsjivosti...

Pedja, ne shvatam bas najbolje, zar svaka sledeca definicija ne bude laksa od prosle, misici budu zreliji tvrdji i sam proces laksi jer se prosao milion puta.. Iz tvog posta sam shvatio da se IS poremeti?

a videti ces vec sledeci put kada se budes spremao...
bas sam i sa lakije to jucer pricao..
TELO JE MASINA KOJA PAMTI!!!!!

ja sam npr 2 puta radio sve isto...ALI SVE...
jednom je forma bila extra drugi put ONAKO...

najbolje je kada imas iskutvo..veruj mi....i dobrog savetnika...

glupo pitanje, mozda....ali smije li se malo mlijeka u kavu kad si na keto ? (nije to puno kolicinski ali opet, mozda smeta)
