Sta mislite o mazanju konjske masti pre treninga na zglobove (na kolena i oko laktova) da ih drzi zagrejanim tokom treninga?

Bolje se ti zagrej pre treninga tako sto ces se razgibati od glave do pete,pa ako treba dodaj grejace oko kolena i laktova,na samom treningu,a konjsku mast tj gel/zelenu/ posle treninga mazi ,za bolji oporavak i lecenje mikropovreda.

To ti je kao glut i crea.Moze i pre i posle,ali ako imas odredjenu kolicinu para a hoces maks efekat sa tom kolicinom koju imas,onda sve ostavis za posle treninga.

Imam 41 godinu, jednom sam bio klinicki mrtav, jednom paralizovan. Planiram da na GPC/WPC svetskom prvenstvu bencujem preko 320kg kao master (40+ godina)!
