ja sam do sada radio sedeci na smith masini i bilo je super.U ovoj teretani toga nema.Klupa na kojoj radim je uzas - naslon je negde do pola ledja.Nikako ne mogu da radim sa vecim tezinama.

Ja radim ramena i trapez, jedno 9 vezbi po 4 serije. Nego kada radim potisak iza glave teg mi se krivi, ne bitne su tezine isto mi se krivi i na 30 i na 70 kg, nikako ne mogu da drzim pravo, uvek se mnogo namucim da izravnam teg ali on uvek bude kriv u neku stranu, nista preterano kriv ali se primeti, da li to smeta ili slobodno mogu da ga pustim da bude kriv? Kad radim ispred glave uopste se ne krivi.

svejedno radi ispred glave .. a i radi buchicama da ispravish daj disbalans

Pre jedno 6 meseci sam zadobio kontuziju ramena na utakmici...i dalje imam problema sa ramenom kada radim bilo koje vezbe koje ukljucuju pomenuto...kao da mi preskace rame sa jednog zupcanika na drugi pri pomeranju,tesko je opisati....jel ima neko neki savet?
